A Brooklyn teen is criticizing police for his arrest for purchasing a stolen iPhone, insisting that he was never told that was the case.Robert Tester III says he was leaving the library when he was approached by a man who offered to sell him an iPhone. He purchased the phone from the person for $20, but it turned out to be an undercover cop. Police say that the officer said the phone was stolen, but Tester says if that was the case, he would have never paid for it.
Tester's lawyer, Matthew Galluzzo, says he may file suit against the city.
