The NYPD has charged a teenager with murder for a shooting in Ditmas Park last month.
According to police, 18-year-old Oshane Fyffe gunned down a 25-year-old man in his BMW.
It happened on East 17th Street and Newkirk Avenue back on July 15.
The victim was found with gunshot wounds all over his body.
