Tenants in Brooklyn gathered at a rally Thursday demanding their apartment's management company make repairs to their units; claiming they are being forced to live in unfair conditions. 

Residents gathered outside of the affordable housing complex on North 6th Street in Williamsburg voicing concerns of damaging water problems and lack of maintenance and security.

They are calling on the management company to hire a 24-hour door man and make repairs to the facility.

Residents add that last summer someone stole an ATM that was located inside the building. 

The tenants say they hand-delivered a letter with all of their requests to the management company, in hopes their concerns will be addressed. 

Clinton Management, the company who oversees the property issued the following statement-- "Both 27 North 6 and 34 North 6 Street are fully compliant with all zoning and other regulatory mandates and continue to pass all routine inspections--including one conducted within the last week--undertaken by the City of New York. However, as we have just received the tenant association's complaint today, we will review and address any issues and tenant concerns."
