TGI Fridays in Town of Wallkill permanently closes
Another TGI Fridays in the Hudson Valley has now suddenly closed its doors for good.
This time, in the Town of Wallkill on Crystal Run Crossing.
A sign out front as of Monday says they “regret to inform customers of the difficult decision to close."
Employees News 12 spoke to say they weren't given any notice.
“This is the second time this year people lost their jobs with zero notice,” says a TGI Fridays manager who asked not to be identified. “We are worried about how we’ll feed our kids or pay our rent."
News 12 reached out to TGI Fridays for more information but hasn’t heard back.
The company closed its Woodbury location in January during what it said at the time was “an era of transformation” that included closing dozens of underperforming stores throughout the U.S.
