'Tis the season to head outdoors and cook up your favorite meal, but how do you choose which grill is right for you?

It’s time to chill and grill and to do that you need the best barbecue you can get for your money.
At the Good Housekeeping Institute, grills are tested to see what is hot and what is not.
The best grill is the Weber Genesis Grill with thermometer is running for $1,500. The best value grill is the Nexgrill for $350, the Permasteel grill for $350, and the portable Normadiq gas grill for $250.
Experts say buy the best grill you can afford as the better models hold up longer and often come with good warranties.
Also, check your local Facebook to see if anyone is selling a gently used grill that you can grab for a bargain.
