It's a house, but nobody's home ? except for unwanted intruders.
Neighbors of a vacant Glennon Place home complain kids are hanging out at the property, which has been under construction for more than two years.
The developer halted construction because of a long list of code violations. The Department of Buildings also forced the builder to tear down a third house it was constructing, citing zoning violations.
Residents say enough is enough. "What we're concerned about is the place is open all day and all night," says Jerry Landi, of the Locust Point Civic Association. "The windows are broken and kids are hanging out in there. We're afraid something's going to happen."
Councilman James Vacca is demanding that the DOB fine the developer daily until violations are fixed.
