The New York City Department of Transportation says it's time to move your car: alternate side parking rules will return Thursday.

The regulation has been suspended since Jan. 26 to grant drivers time to dig their cars out of the snow following the storm.

The suspension continued Monday through Wednesday for Presidents Day, the Lunar New Year, Losar and Ash Wednesday but driver's finally need to move their cars by Thursday morning.
