Extreme weather was caught on camera over the weekend as a twister made its way through Brooklyn.
Several videos and pictures submitted by News 12 Brooklyn viewers have gone viral since the storm, including one taken aboard the Sea Queen. People taking the boating excursion, which departs from Sheepshead Bay, caught a glimpse of a water spout forming over the Atlantic.
In another video, drivers sat in their cars and watched as the tornado made its way right over the Belt Parkway.
The storm left behind a lot of damage in Canarsie, including toppled trees and torn roofs. The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) says it packed 100 mph winds.
