Transit advocacy organization the Riders Alliance held a rally outside Grand Central station this afternoon to hand out thousands of what they call “Subway Delay Action Kits.”
The kits suggest signing petitions online and sharing experiences on Twitter, tagging Gov. Andrew Cuomo and using the hashtag #fixthesubway.
Riders Alliance says that subway delays are up from September last year to this year.
