Flatbush Avenue is getting a little greener this year.
About 15 new pear trees have been planted along Flatbush Avenue from Atlantic Avenue up to Eastern Parkway.
The trees were planted through a partnership between the North Flatbush Avenue Business Improvement District and the Parks Department.
