A new study from the United Kingdom found that one dose of Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine can drastically reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19.
The vaccine requires two doses for full protection, but researchers found that one dose gave people 72% immunity.
The study looked at health care workers under the age of 65.
It found that a second dose raised protection against the coronavirus to 85%.
