The SPCA in Ulster County rescued over two dozen dogs from a home with unsanitary living conditions.

The organization posted photos showing the cages and carriers lined up to transport the 30 small dogs.

Rescuers say the dogs all have extreme grooming needs, and some have trouble walking from all the matting.
