A Brooklyn mother who went undercover to try to get her son's murder conviction overturned protested this weekend outside the King's County District Attorney's Office.
Doreen Giuliano rallied against alleged prosecutorial misconduct Sunday in her continued fight for the release of her son, John Guica. In 2008, Giuliano lost weight, got a tan and dressed provocatively to lure a person she claims is a tainted juror into confessing his biases on tape.
A judge later ruled that Giuliano's rogue operation invaded the juror's privacy, but wasn't a crime. Prosecutors say she was unable to uncover any juror misconduct.
