The United Jewish Organization of Williamsburg is offering a $1,000 reward to help the NYPD after a possible bias attack. 
According to police, a 14-year-old boy was crossing Lee Avenue and Heyward Street when someone on a bike rode by, made an anti-Semitic statement and hit the teen in the face. 
The suspect is said to be a white man in his 30s.
