Rounds of intermittent snow are hitting Brooklyn today and Tuesday as two storm systems move over the area.
The snow that arrived this morning will continue into the afternoon, and will be light to moderate in some areas. About 2-4 inches of accumulation are possible in the borough, with the higher amounts in eastern areas.
More rounds of on-and-off light snow will continue through Tuesday, News 12 meteorologists say. Another couple of inches of snow could accumulate. Highs on Tuesday will reach about 35 degrees.
Wednesday could see more flurries light snow showers, with highs in the mid-30s.
The snow clears out by Thursday, which will see a mix of sun and clouds and temperatures holding steady in the mid-30s.
It gets colder for Friday and Saturday, when highs will top out only in the 20s and lows could reach the single-digits.
