. The On Barre - Barre Method works your lower body, including your thighs, glutes, hamstrings and calves. The move, called a plie, can be a simple bend of the knees or lower to the floor. Toward the end of the set, you can add your arms by lifting them over your head and pulsing your knees. You can do this at home on the back of a couch or wall!
Move away from the bar and pick up some light weights to work on your arms and upper body with some bicep curls.
