Over 60 days have passed since the strike led by the Writers Guild of America.
The strike started in May after WGA couldn't come to an agreement with the alliance of motion picture and television producers.
Writers are fighting for an increase in pay, streaming residuals and protections against the increasing use of artificial intelligence.
News 12 spoke to celebrity fashion designer and Brooklyn native Pamela Watson about the impacts this strike has to writers and involved in a production.
The last writer's strike in 2015 lasted 100 days.
