Witnesses: 2 injured, 2 on the run after Bronx restaurant stabbing

Two people were injured in a stabbing at a Bronx restaurant, according to police and witnesses at the scene Wednesday.

Two people were injured in a stabbing at a Bronx restaurant, according to police and witnesses at the scene Wednesday. 
The incident happened just after 2 p.m. 
Three hours after the incident on Randall Avenue, John’s Chicken Burger and Pizza remained closed off to customers. 
Sources and witnesses tell News 12 it started inside and spilled out onto the sidewalk. 
They say it ended with two women being rushed to the hospital and two possible suspects on the run. 
Police say they found two people, who had both had been stabbed. They were rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and are expected to be OK. 
Officers continue to search for two other women believed to be the attackers who were able to get away. 
The cause of the stabbing is still under investigation.
