A grandmother and two children are recovering after being struck by a car in Williamsburg. Police say the victims - 52-year-old Elizabeth Castillo, her 3-year-old grandson and a 17-month-old baby - were struck at Moore and Humboldt streets earlier today. Witnesses say the car backed up over the victims, who they then pulled out from under it. Castillo's daughter says her mother is still in the hospital, but is expected to be OK. Authorities say they are unsure whether charges will be filed.
