It is not uncommon to see people behaving badly on the subway. Now straphangers can use their phones to help the MTA and police.
Riders can now send videos of disturbing and annoying situations or crime. The new option is found on the MTA's website.
The new change comes after an initiative allowing people to send photos proved to be successful.
