Researchers say Americans do not always get enough sleep.  One out of four people sleeps less than six hours a night, which can lead to obesity, hypertension and other health issues, according to doctors.

One out of four people sleeps less than six hours a night, which can lead to obesity, hypertension and other health issues, according to doctors. 
Health experts say adults should get at least seven hours a night.
