Xavarian sprinter sets meet record at Mayor's Cup
A Xavarian High School athlete has set a new meet track and field record at this year's Mayor's Cup. Laray Smith, who is also the school's star running back, grabbed the gold in the boys 100-meter dash.

Laray Smith, who is also the school's star running back, grabbed the gold in the boys 100-meter dash.
Jallissa Marcus, from Brooklyn's St. Edmund Prep, also celebrated a win in the long jump with 17 feet 6 inches on her birthday.
