Police have arrested a director of a city youth program on accusations that he exposed himself to a young girl.
Officials say 41-year-old Andrew McFall, of Riverdale, exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl in Harlem in December and then fled the scene.
McFall is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness and is free on $3,500 bond.
