Zeta South Bronx Elementary School hosted a hip-hop showcase Thursday to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the genre.
Over 100 students participated in the event celebrating the legacy of hip-hop culture and Black History Month.
Students at the showcase told News 12 that they are thankful for their teachers, who push them to do their best.
