A mall at Bay Plaza was evacuated after the NYPD received a call alleging there were shots fired.

Citizen footage shows shoppers leaving the Bronx shopping center, a police helicopter overhead and heavy police presence on the property.

However, police say the reports of shots fired were not confirmed and no one was injured during the incident.
