The NYPD wasn't fooled by a gun-wielding man using a fake Bible.  According to police in the 70th Precinct, a suspect was caught with a pistol hidden inside the fake book.  Officers sent out a tweet

Gun found hidden in fake Bible
The NYPD wasn't fooled by a gun-wielding man using a fake Bible. 
According to police in the 70th Precinct, a suspect was caught with a pistol hidden inside the fake book. 
Officers sent out a tweet Tuesday showing the weapon and several rounds of ammunition. 
The photo was captioned, "The dangers officers encounter."
