$1 million second-prize winning ticket sold in the Bronx
The New York Lottery announced five second-prize-winning tickets were sold for the July 19 Powerball drawing with one sold in the Bronx.
Salam Deli Inc. at 939 Morris Park Ave. in the Bronx is where the $1 million ticket was sold.
Additionally, 17 third-prize-winning tickets worth $50,000 were sold across New York City with one in the Bronx and four in Brooklyn.
The locations where the $50,000 were sold are:
  • Kings Gift Shop at 6 W Kingsbridge Road in the Bronx
  • Discount NY at 3823 Church Ave. in Brooklyn
  • 50001 Xin Xin Grocery Inc at 5001 6th Ave. in Brooklyn
  • Mian Convenience & Deli at 754 Coney Island Ave. in Brooklyn
  • Royal Deli Grocery Corp at 780 Metropolitan Ave. in Brooklyn
Powerball drawings are televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
