Two city employees narrowly escaped death Monday as their car was destroyed by falling concrete in Downtown Brooklyn. Officials say a bucket of wet concrete fell 25 stories from a construction site at the corner of Court and Livingston streets. Two Department of Environmental Protection workers were just about to get into the car when the concrete fell. No one was injured. A spokesperson for the construction company Quality Building LLC says it has no comment on the accident.
