Two NYPD officers were among a group of people who were hurt by pepper spray Saturday at an annual street fair in Bensonhurst.

According to authorities, officers were called to the 18th Avenue Feast for reports of an assault. When they arrived, multiple people were arguing and that's when someone released the pepper spray.

The fair, also called the Santa Rosalia Feast, is held every year along 18th Avenue.

The two officers were taken to the hospital along with an unknown number of bystanders.

Everyone was said to be in stable condition as of Sunday night.

Police said a person of interest remains at large.
