The NYPD says a 19-year-old is recovering in the hospital after being stabbed by a group of teens, just steps from the Myrtle Avenue subway station on Wednesday morning.

The disturbing footage shows the teen, wearing a blue shirt, being chased by a group of individuals before one of them, a suspect in a gray hoodie, picks up a knife and stabs him in the head and neck.

Jorge, a local resident who lives near the scene, said he was stunned when he saw the surveillance video.

"That just ain’t right! That’s so sad," he told News 12. “There’s a lot of kids hanging out around here, usually chill. But a fight at 10 a.m. is crazy.”

The location of the attack has added to the alarm in the neighborhood.

Police say no arrests have been made, and the group involved is still at large.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the NYPD.
