Investigators have moved their search for the missing 11-year-old Brooklyn boy to Rochester.

On Thursday, police where at a landfill in the Town of Perinton, about 300 miles away from Jacob Pritchett's home in Brownsville.

Authorities say the non-verbal boy who has autism was first listed as missing after a welfare check on Sept. 25.

He wasn't found at home, and his mother claimed she didn't have a child.

It was not immediately clear what clues led police to the landfill. Their only response to calls by News 12 was that "Jacob is still missing."
