A Brooklyn man faces charges for an armed home invasion in Stamford, police say.

It happened on Sept. 29 on Greenwood Hill Street.

Stamford detectives traveled to Rikers Island Wednesday and arrested Kenneth Stewart.

Police say he was the fourth and final person to be charged in connection to this incident. The other three, all Stamford residents, were arrested in October.

Police say they worked with numerous agencies to find Stewart. He was ultimately found on April 6 by the New York Police Department for a bus fare evasion and was detained pending extradition.

He was charged with risk of injury to a minor, criminal attempt at unlawful restraint, burglary and home invasion.

A $1,000,000 bond was set by the court.

Stewart appeared in court Thursday.
