A 78-year-old Centereach man who has Parkinson’s disease has been missing for nearly a week.

Tina Im says her father, Mo Chang Im, goes for a morning walk every day.

Tina Im says the exercise helps with his balance and energy. She said there's never been a problem before.

Mo Chang Im regularly walks their Centereach neighborhood, beginning at their Shearwater Way home, and can stay out for up to three hours if the weather is nice.

Tina Im said her father has not been diagnosed with dementia, although she said he has memory lapses here and there.

Tina Im says that on June 3, her father went for his regular walk without his phone and wallet. He never returned home.

"I keep trying to think there must be a lot of good people out there, maybe they just took him to a hospital...or some kind of shelter...,” Tina Im says.

Mo Chang Im is approximately 5' 3" and 140 pounds.

Anyone who sees him is urged to call the police.
