Man fatally struck by NJ Transit train in Hoboken
NJ Transit said the train was scheduled to arrive in New York just after midnight.

A male trespasser was struck and killed by a New Jersey Transit train late Thursday night near Hoboken Terminal.
In a statement to News 12, an NJ Transit spokesperson said Pascack Valley Line train 1647 was scheduled to leave Hoboken at 11:12 p.m. Thursday and arrive in Spring Valley, New York, at 12:23 a.m. Friday. At about 11:20 p.m., the train struck and fatally injured an adult male trespasser, the spokesperson said.
There were 18 customers and crew members on board the train. Officials said no other injuries were reported.
New Jersey Transit police are investigating the incident.
