Three suspects are accused of assaulting and attempting to rob a 14-year-old boy inside a fried chicken restaurant in Brooklyn, police say. 
It happened on July 13, inside the Crown Fried Chicken on Linden Avenue in East New York.
Police say the men walked up to the 14-year-old and assaulted him, and then tried to steal his backpack, cash and cellphone.
Police say the suspects are between 16 and 18 years old. 
The 14-year-old was transported to the hospital in stable condition and has since been released.
