An affordable housing lottery is now open in Gowanus.
Douglass Street Apartments offers 48 affordable homes, which are all rent stabilized and income restricted.
There are four studio apartments listed at $903 per month, 29 one-bedroom units listed at $961 per month and six two-bedroom units listed at $1,142.00.
