The New York Attorney General's Office is investigating the death of a man who caught fire when police tased him.
The attorney general released video of the incident that happened on Oct. 13.
An attorney who represented the man identifies him as 29-year-old Jason Jones. He says police had asked Jones to leave a bar because he was drunk and rowdy.
The video shows Jones engaged officers of the Catskill Police Department. He then put hand sanitizer on his head and shirtless body.
An officer then tased Jones and fire engulfed his head.
The attorney says Jones died after 45 days in the ICU.
