Some angry tenants in Brownsville are set to take their landlord to court after they say he locked up their apartments and threw their belongings out onto the street.
The tenants living at 166 Junius St. have filed a motion against their landlord and say they can't wait to go to court Friday to get some answers. They say Wednesday their landlord came into the building with a group of unidentified men and booted them out of their apartments. Thursday, some tenants were able to regain access to their apartments after getting a court order.
Calls to the landlord by News 12 Brooklyn have not been returned.
