Some Brooklyn residents say they are worried about their medical records after a local medical imaging center shut its doors. Patients say they showed up for appointments at Bay Imaging in Bay Ridge only to find the doors locked. Many say they had no idea the center was closing and need to obtain their medical records. Patients in need of their records can fax a request to (973) 676-2678. Officials say if records aren?t received within 10 days, patients can file a complaint with the Department of Health?s Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
