A teenager from Bay Ridge who helped save a man's life during the June 4 terror attack in London was honored Monday by Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams.
Adams called 19-year-old Mark Kindschuh an example for Brooklyn as he recognized him with a Hero of the Month award.
Kindschuh was inside a bar in London's Borough Market when terrorists stormed in and went on a stabbing spree.
Instead of hiding, he stayed and wrapped his belt around a wounded man's head in order to save his life.
Kindschuh has not been able to get in touch with the man he helped that day, but he is working with detectives to hopefully reunite with him.
