Several motorcycle clubs from Brooklyn joined together Thursday for a special 9/11 memorial ride through Bay Ridge.
The ride began at Cannonball Park on Shore Road and lasted about 10 miles before it ended at the 9/11 memorial on Pier 69.
Robert Hansen, of the Hallowed Sons Motorcycle Club, says they are taking part in the ride to show the neighborhood that they have their support.
A vigil hosted by state Sen. Marty Golden was also held at the memorial Thursday evening.
