News 12 meteorologists say frigid conditions will kick off the workweek on Monday ahead of a slight warmup for the rest of the week.
Tuesday's forecast calls for cloudy skies with temperatures in the low-40s.
Wednesday will consist of a mix of sun and clouds as temperatures reach into the mid-40s.
There is a possibility for some snow showers on Thursday with highs in the low-40s.
NEXT: Generally benign week, weak systems passing north for a couple of days won't amount to much weatherwise. Will still "watch" Thursday as models have some snow showers sneaking in here still. Cold, then WARMER next weekend. Next week looking warmer.
