Easing out of this week's latest bitter blast has been a slow process, but we continue to ease out of colder than normal temperatures through this weekend!

Dry weather continues today with highs mostly in the low 30s under a mix of sun and clouds. While not a "warm" day by any means, you will notice that it feels better this afternoon than earlier in the week. You should absolutely still wear the winter coat, gloves and hat too!

While a stray flurry cannot be ruled out tomorrow, most of the day is dry with highs around 30 degrees.

Spotty flurry chances increase on Sunday. Otherwise mostly cloudy and more seasonable with highs around 39 degrees. Normal average highs locally for late January are in the upper 30s.

High temperatures most of next week will be in the upper 30s to near 40 degrees with a brief midday snow shower chance on Tuesday. A few snow showers cannot be ruled out on Wednesday, but that is does not look to have major impacts at this time. Dry weather returns for next Thursday and Friday ahead of a possible wintry mix or rain for the first weekend of February.

A few snow showers possible. Highs around 35 degrees. Lows around 19 degrees. THURSDAY: Partly sunny with highs around 36 degrees. Lows around 18 degrees.
