Drivers citywide are scrambling to find the few gas stations still open with fuel.
Gas stations with working pumps have been very difficult to come by since Sandy hit. However, stations with fuel have people waiting for blocks to fill their tank.
Police are directing traffic around the stations that do have gas to prevent people from cutting the long lines.
News 12 Brooklyn has been told that a new shipment of fuel is coming into the city by boat soon.
