A Brooklyn teacher's aide accused of possessing and producing child pornography was arraigned earlier today.
Taleek Brooks, 40, a former employee at Weeksville Elementary School, pleaded not guilty to 12 separate charges. He was arrested last month after investigators say they discovered sexually explicit videos in which Brooks is seen spanking and touching a naked child in a classroom.
The FBI says it believes Brooks has admitted to downloading and sharing child pornography for the past seven years.
Brooks faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted. His next court date is April 12.
