The streets of Brooklyn are the backdrop for a Web series called "Black Actress."
The show is written by and stars Andrea Lewis, who plays Kori Bailey - a young African-American woman navigating the world of auditions.
Lewis say the ups and downs of being an African-American actress is a story she knows all too well.
She starts each episode, which airs on YouTube, with well-known actresses giving their experience and advice on working in Hollywood.
Lewis says she would love for the series to be picked up by a network one day.
Many of the episodes for the Web series were shot at Fowler Square in Fort Greene.
