Mayor Bloomberg's latest preliminary management report is heaping praise on city agencies.According to the report, crimes including homicides, jail violence and felonies in public housing and in transit for the third quarter of 2007 were at the same level for the same time period of 2006.Other improvements were noted in street cleanliness, traffic light and sewer repairs and response times to child abuse reports.The mayor's report revealed that there were decreases in the number of lead poisoning cases and the number of asthmatics going to the emergency room.
