The boys basketball team at Boys and Girls made hoops history Sunday, claiming its first-ever state title.
The Kangaroos went up against Mount Vernon, the team who beat them last year, in the Class AA State Federation Tournament finals.
Led by tournament MVP Leroy Fludd, Boys and Girls won it 66-60.
