National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory until Sunday 9a.m.
There are two weeks until the official start of spring but the borough will see a sneak peek next week. Temperatures will soar into the 60s for the first time since November and could even approach 70 degrees for parts of the city.
Here's your day-by-day forecast.
OVERNIGHT: Showers and Fog
The gloomy weather sticks around. Showers are possible and may last into part of Sunday. Watch out for dense coastal fog that will spread across the entire region.
Sunday: Daylight Saving Time and afternoon improvements
Sunday marks the time change. Another spring milestone that the borough will achieve. Clocks "spring forward" at 2 a.m., which will bump sunrises and sunsets forward an hour. Check your clocks and this is a good time to change smoke detector batteries.
High temperatures will approach 60 degrees but cloudy skies and fog are expected for most of the morning.
The work week: Mild, then rain
Temperatures on Monday and Tuesday are downright warm. High temperatures reach the mid- to upper 60s, with sun and clouds. Wednesday will also be mild, near 60, but showers and fog will return.
Rain is likely on Thursday, with more seasonable weather returning for the end of the week.
