Noticeably cooler weather returns tonight and will last through the weekend. Rain will return next week with temperatures remaining warmer than average.

It's a warm morning in the Bronx with temperatures near 60-degrees early. The wind is from the west at about 10 mph under partly cloudy skies.
TODAY
Ample sunshine is expected this afternoon with temperatures around 70-degrees. A strong wind will develop from the northwest at 10-20 mph. Gusts could occasionally reach 30 mph. There's an elevated risk for fire spread today.
TONIGHT
Temperatures are pleasant this evening, in the mid 50s, but chilly overnight. Low temperatures will drop to near 50-degrees across the city with wind chill values dropping into the mid 40s.
HALLOWEEN - SATURDAY
Temperatures are chilly despite abundant sunshine. Expect morning lows in the 50s and most of the afternoon to remain in the 50s with a north wind at 5-10 mph.
SUNDAY - NOVEMBER 1
It's a cold start to the morning for marathon runners, but the wind will be calm. Morning lows are near 40-degrees with partly cloudy skies expected. Temperatures are in the 40s until mid morning and near 60-degrees for the afternoon high. Winds will remain light and variable on Sunday.
NEXT WEEK
It is dry and warm for most of the week with high temperatures climbing to near 70-degrees through the work week. Rain is likely on Thursday evening and Friday with just a slight chance for showers for next weekend as of right now.
